The Longevity program is designed to be a culturally aware fitness program for adults ages 50+ aimed at improving functional fitness - being able to move more powerfully, gracefully, efficiently, intentionally, confidently and with less pain - in everyday activities.

Where are Longevity Classes Held?
The Longevity program is run out of ErgoFit, a boutique group fitness studio on Magazine. At the studio you will find a luxurious shower, bathrooms, complimentary sweat towels, and food/beverages.

Are There More Program Perks?
The benefits of the Longevity program extend beyond the weekly classes! Longevity Program members have access to ALL ErgoFit classes throughout the week, as well as ErgoFit's nutrition services, challenges, and events.
How Much Does Longevity Cost?
The Longevity program costs $196 per month (billed every 4-weeks). This price includes customized coaching, access to all exclusive Longevity classes, as well as unlimited access to all of ErgoFit's standard class and nutrition offerings.
