Why Longevity?
The Longevity program is a culturally aware fitness program for adults ages 50+ focused on improving functional fitness for everyday life.
The goal is to help participants move with more power, efficiency, intention, confidence, and less pain during daily activities like walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and getting up and down from the floor or a chair.
Workouts are approachable, adaptable, and rooted in real-life movement, helping participants build strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and endurance in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
