Is ErgoFit on ClassPass?

Yes! You can find us on ClassPass and the MindBody app.

Is ErgoFit suitable for people with no experience rowing, biking, or skiing?

Yes! No experience is necessary prior to your first class. Our instructors will help you set up your equipment and learn the basics. The workouts are designed to accommodate both beginners and experts. 

What should I bring to class?

Other than a water bottle, we have have everything you need for a great workout! However, if you would like to track your workouts and get customized data, we highly recommend bringing your phone (with the ErgZone app downloaded - click here for download links). While ErgoFit provides sweat towels and yoga mats, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Do you provide personal training on the machines?

Yes! You can book private lessons here. We also offer a free Fundamentals class once per week focused on form and technique.

Do You Offer Youth Classes?

How should I schedule classes?

The best way to schedule classes and purchase classes/memberships is through the ErgoFit mobile app. You can download the app here, or search for "GoErgoFit" in the app store. 

What is the late cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule your classes within 6 hour of their start time. If you late cancel or no-show, the class will be deducted from your class credits. Unlimited members get 1 free late cancel per month (additional late cancellations are subject to a fee).

Are there shower facilities on site?

Yes! ErgoFit has one shower and two accessible bathrooms on site. Towels and soap are provided.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend that you wear tight-fitted shorts or leggings to avoid getting fabric caught in the slide of the RowErg. You should also wear tennis shoes or trainers. 

How should I prepare for my first class?

Welcome! Check out our ErgoFit Guide to prepare for your first class. Make sure to arrive at your first class 15 minutes early so the coach can introduce you to the machines.

How long are classes?

Classes on Monday-Friday at 45 minutes. Classes on Saturday are 1 hour.
