Congrats on Booking Your First Class!

We can't wait to see you in the studio! Here are a few tips to help you hit the ground running ( this case, erging):

  • Arrive to class 10 minutes early so your coach can help you get set up on the machines. Make sure to let them know about any injuries. 

  • Wear tennis shoes and comfortable athletic clothing

    • Tip: avoid loose shorts or pants and opt for a tighter fit. Loose fitting clothing can get caught in the slide of the RowErg

  • Bring a water bottle

  • Download the ErgZone app on your phone (this is optional, but it will enhance your ErgoFit experience!) Click the ErgoFit Guide below for full instructions. ​​
