We can't wait to see you in the studio! Here are a few tips to help you hit the ground running (or...in this case, erging):

Arrive to class 15 minutes early so your coach can help you get set up on the machines

Wear tennis shoes and comfortable athletic clothing

Tip: avoid loose shorts or pants and opt for a tighter fit. Loose fitting clothing can get caught in the slide of the RowErg
