Youth Summer Conditioning
This summer conditioning program provides New Orleans youth with a full body cardio + resistance training experience at ErgoFit's brand new indoor fitness studio on Magazine Street.
Led by Team USA athletes John & Hannah Huppi, this program is intended for new & experienced high school athletes to get in shape over the summer, learn new skills, and have fun experiencing new movement patterns and equipment!
The conditioning program is also designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming high school competitive seasons in Basketball, Football, Baseball, Rowing, Soccer, Tennis, Boxing, Track & Field, etc. The coaches have more than 15 years of experience training athletes in various sports at all levels, including youth and Olympic or professional-level athletes.
Plus, beat the heat by working out in a brand new, indoor fitness studio!

Dates: June 27 through August 3 (18 sessions total)
Times: Tuesdays (2-3pm), Thursdays (2-3pm), Saturdays (11am-12:00pm)
